We specialize in high-ticket equipment and work hard to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read carefully before buying:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Refused shipments will be treated as a return and subject to fees.

• Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

Refunds

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Notify us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
