Coverage varies by product line:

  • Residential equipment: 1-year frame & parts warranty.
  • Commercial or Pro lines: up to 5 years on structural frame and 1 year on parts.
  • Contact us with your order number and model name, and we'll connect you to their service team.

  • Standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Warranty service handled through Rexall's customer care team, with our support if needed.

🧾 How to Start a Warranty Claim

  2. Attach a photo or short video showing the problem — this helps speed up manufacturer approval.
