- Defective parts are replaced directly by XMark at no cost to you.
🔵 Core Sports & Fitness
Coverage varies by product line:
- Residential equipment: 1-year frame & parts warranty.
- Commercial or Pro lines: up to 5 years on structural frame and 1 year on parts.
- Contact us with your order number and model name, and we'll connect you to their service team.
⚙️ Rexall Equipment
- Standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Warranty service handled through Rexall's customer care team, with our support if needed.
🧾 How to Start a Warranty Claim
- Email or message us with your order number, product name, and description of the issue.
- Attach a photo or short video showing the problem — this helps speed up manufacturer approval.
- We'll submit or guide your claim directly to the manufacturer and follow up until it's resolved.
⚠️ What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage from regular use.
